I.  W. UP: 800 jog, Stretch, 4 x80m Strides
II.  W.OUT: If in a Relay do  (2-3 x handoffs)
Sprints: 3 x 30m from blocks on straight/curve (3-4' recovery/reps) +  1x 80 Fly
High Hurdles (only): 2 x 1@39,  2x3@39/-1to4,   1x5@ 36/-1to4  
Both HH/IH:  2x 1@39,  2x3@ 36/-4  +   1x3 over IH  “Fast”
IH (only):  2x 3 over IH “fast” 
III. 800 COOLDOWN,  Stretch
